COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques M105-14ICD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Endress--Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ircon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress--Hauser such as the PMP75RBT1PB1TB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MR0R0525F11000 manufactured by Ircon and we are pleased to be able to service most Ircon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OPUS7000 by Manufacturer Okuma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micromotion Brand R100S138NABAEZZZZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Freescale-Semiconductor such as MVME147SC2 equipment made by Freescale-Semiconductor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Freescale-Semiconductor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Freescale-Semiconductor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MTSR012M2NNFW made by Indramat as well as the popular R562002 original spares produced by Landis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC116 by Mitsubishi and MVME147SC2 spares by Freescale-Semiconductor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MHD090B035NP0UN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
